Terms and Conditions
On the purchasing of Eligible Products (as defined below) in conjunction with a Promotion Product, the Qualified Purchasers may receive a Promotion Saving on the Eligible Products, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion begins on 8 January 2025 and ends on 13 March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) in Australia (“Qualifying Country”). The Promotion Period may be changed, terminated or extended without prior notice.
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS
Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education and 133-622 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualified Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualified Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible.
THE OFFER
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive Promotion Savings equal to the value of the Promotion Product (depending on their purchase, as set forth below). Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction of the Eligible Product and the Promotion Product instantly at the time of purchase. This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Refurbished products and open-box returns sold ‘as is’ are not eligible for this offer. Latitude financing offers may be combined with this promotion purchases at Apple Store locations and Apple Store for Education.
QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Those eligible to purchase from the Qualifying Location are as follows:
- a full-time or part-time student aged 18 or over with a current student union card or student identification card and studying at or accepted into an accredited Australian university or other Apple-approved institution; or
- a lecturer or staff member at an accredited Australian university; or
- a teacher or lecturer working at an Apple-approved and registered education establishment within Australia; or
- a parent purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into an accredited Australian university or other Apple-approved institution.
Additionally, products purchased from the Qualifying Location must be for your own personal, education, or research use.
We may require evidence of your eligibility. We reserve the right to cancel some of or part of your order if we become aware that you are not a student, teacher or lecturer as set out above or if your purchases are not for your own personal, education, or research use. If we cancel your order in these circumstances, we will inform you in writing and refund any money that you may have paid.
Apple may approve and register an education establishment in its sole discretion.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Both the Promotion Product and the Eligible Product must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, not returned, or has been redeemed, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. A customer who returns only Promotion Product without returning Eligible Product will not receive any refund.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products, Promotion Products and Promotion Product colours are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, nonprofit organisations, enterprise purchasers and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. With respect to all Qualified Locations, if Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.
APPLECARE+ PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This promotional Apple Education Pricing on AppleCare+ is available for eligible products only when the eligible product and AppleCare+ are purchased directly from an Apple Store or the online Apple Store for Education during the promotional period only and cannot be combined with non-promotional Apple Education Pricing. AppleCare+ attached to eligible products purchased outside of the promotional period is not eligible for this promotional rate.
In Australia, AppleCare+ cannot be purchased at the same time as Apple products, and each Apple product comes with a 7-Day Complimentary AppleCare+. At the expiry of the complimentary AppleCare+ and within 60 days of the eligible product purchase date, AppleCare+ can be purchased at the rate that is available at that time.
To accommodate Australia's deferred sales rules, the promotional Apple Education Pricing for AppleCare+ will be available for eligible products purchased during the promotional period for 10 days after the promotional period ends, subject to the normal AppleCare+ eligibility rules, AppleCare+ is only available: (i) in an Apple Retail store for 60 days following eligible product purchase; and (ii) at Apple Store for Education for 30 days following eligible product purchase.
This promotional AppleCare+ Education Pricing is applicable only to two-year paid upfront AppleCare+ for iPad and three-year paid upfront AppleCare+ for Mac and is not applicable to any recurring payment AppleCare+ plans.
Apple Education Pricing is available to current and newly accepted university students and their parents, as well as teachers and staff at all levels. Quantity limits apply.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Additional restrictions may apply. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same promotional period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product. Apple may use any information provided in accordance with its privacy policies posted online at www.apple.com/au/privacy. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Apple reserves the right to change without notice the terms and conditions of this promotion, or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
